APPOINTMENTS
All bookings are by appointment only. Please schedule your appointments at least 48-hours in advance. Clients can notify the nail professional of their arrival via text, doorbell or knocking on the door.
Walk-in appointments are not available.
PARKING
Free street parking is available. Residential driveway is reserved for homeowners.
CLIENT CONDUCT
We ask that all clients treat our home and each other with respect. Please refrain from using profanity or engaging in disruptive behavior.
SECURITY
Living the Dash Nails is an in-home nail studio. All appointments are recorded for safety and security purposes only.
PETS
To ensure a comfortable environment for all clients, pets are not permitted within the studio. For service animals, please make arrangements with studio owner.
CHILDREN & GUESTS
Due to limited space and for safety purposes, please do not bring children or guests to your appointment.
HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY
This in-home studio is located on the second floor, only accessible via stairs. For additional options, please contact the studio owner.
SMOKING
Smoking and vaping are not a permitted in the studio or on the premises.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is not comfortable with our policies or who engages in disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
LATE ARRIVALS
Grace Period: We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
Late Arrival Fee: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment or have their service time reduced. Clients are subject to a $15 late fee.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE/REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please discuss any concerns with your nail professional during your appointment or within 24-hours of when your services were performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections or may offer a refund within that timeframe.
CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY
We value the time and needs of every client. To help us provide the best services to as many clients as possible, we ask that if you must cancel your appointment, you do so at least 24-hours in advance. Missed appointments or appointments canceled with less than 24-hours of notice will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 30%. Thank you for your understanding.
WAIVERS
All clients will be asked to agree to the terms of our ‘Release of Liability’ form and ‘Publicity Waiver and Release’ form before services can be performed.
